Rebekah & Rob

Ok so I've had a long stretch of beautiful weather for weddings...but...the umbrellas made an appearance for Rob and Rebekah's wedding.  Have no fear, it cleared up long enough to get all sorts of outdoor photographs.  We had a great day and there were so many familiar faces there that I felt like I was just hanging out with friends instead of working.   I had brides and grooms from past, present, and future all together for one great wedding.  Perhaps some of you may recognize Cindy in the bridal party - she is usually helping me at weddings but she chose to party instead for this one.  How were those chocolate shots Cindy?  Lori helped me on this wedding and we had a great time together.  Thank you Rob and Rebekah for an awesome day!!  You're going to have a great, love-filled life together!   If anyone hasn't seen how nice Woodwinds looks take a look at the slideshow and see.  Enjoy!

Kelly & Nate

Last thursday I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Nate and Kelly at Wadsworth Mansion in Middletown, CT.  It was like photographing two models in love on the happiest day of their lives.  Gorgeous!!! Thank you Kelly and Nate for being such an awesome couple to work with!  I had a blast getting to know your family and friends and seeing the special bonds you had with each of them.   Cloud Nine Catering did such a great job with the entire event, it all went so smoothly and the food was outstanding.   Check out the slideshow for more fun.  Enjoy!

Liz & Bob

I had a great time this past weekend photographing Liz and Bob and all their friends and family.  With a few dark clouds looming in the distance we made our way to Amarantes for photos and a great reception.  As luck would have it...the storm passed us and we had a beautiful sunset.  Liz was so much fun and Bob, well he's a Giants fan so ... Debbie & Spiro

It's been one beautiful day after another hasn't it?  ok,  some thunder, lightening, and rain have snuck in there too but not for Debbie and Spiro.  They had the most perfect day for their wedding at the Owenego here in sunny Branford, CT.  I had such a great time with both of them and their families as well.   Debbie you made a beautiful bride, and Spiro...what a smile!!!  Thank you both for letting me photograph your wedding day and I look forward to continuing our new friendship.  Spiro, maybe you can teach me some of those smooth Greek dance moves :)

Baby Kecko

Soon there will be a new Kecko in this world.  A little boy is waiting his turn to enter into the Kecko family and I can't wait until he is finally here!!!   It's been a long time since I photographed Julia and Mark  (they were married in 2004) and now I have been given an awesome opportunity to photograph the next chapter in their life.  With these two as the parents you just know this is going to be one good looking baby.  Since they have told me that I'm family to them, then I guess I'm going to be an Aunt - yeahhhh!   Well baby Kecko, once you're done in the bk broiler I will be waiting anxiously to photograph your little feet and toes, and, yes you can bring your Mom and Dad too :)

Little Patrick

The newest McGowan has arrived!!!  Congratulations to Carrie and Liam for bringing such an adorable baby into this world.  Patrick is already a heart breaker at two weeks old and he sleeps like an angel.  Patrick, you are going to have such a blast in that family - I look forward to watching you grow.

Happiness is ...

Milla is going to have a new baby brother or sister soon and the excitement is written all over her face! .  This new little person will know from these photos how much they were loved before they ever came into this world.   Milla - you are going to make a great big sister!!    Thank you for allowing me to create the beginning of this baby's story.

Monica & Donnie

Another classic June wedding weather day one would hope for - beautiful day, beautiful bride, and a very cool groom!  I'm still waiting for my turn to ride the Harley Donnie :)    Thank you both for such a great day and thanks to your families for their wonderful sense of humor - they were a blast!

Erin & Dan

Wow!  What an incredible day I had photographing the wedding of Erin and Dan.  The weather was unbelievable and the location ... well ... can you beat the beach?  The camera loves these two, as do I.  Dan swears he saw me hanging upside down outside the window to get a shot but I saw him eating a lot of the flowers out of the drinks so I'm not sure he was seeing things too clearly.  We had a wonderful time together and I thank you both for letting me in on such an awesome day!  Take a look at the slideshow for some added fun.  Enjoy!
