Erica & Gary
If anyone ever needs a dose of serious laughter, please call Erica & Gary - these two are hysterical! I laughed non-stop and wished they lived in Connecticut so I could park myself on their front steps and wait for them to come home each day just so they could get me laughing all over again. It felt so good to be around two people who make each other smile like they do. Erica's laugh is so contagious and just seeing those incredible dimples of Garys deepen whenever he looks at her is such a treat. I can't wait for their wedding this October. Just thinking of seeing them again brings a big smile to my face.

Talia & Gia
What do you get when you put two of the most beautiful girls, a quiet beach, perfect lighting, and awesome outfits together? A session with Talia & Gia! These two sisters are such fun together! They started out squeaky clean but...there was water, mud, snails, and more water. When you're four and two years of age squeaky clean is not that much fun. One toe dipped in the water first, then two, then.... Thank God for bleach! These two loved to play and I loved to follow them, camera in hand. You just can't beat that!

Tara & Kevin
I can't believe I have to wait almost a whole year to photograph Tara and Kevin again. I had so much fun with them I didn't want the session to end! We spent our time in Stony Creek which is special for them because that is where Kevin proposed to Tara. I think I must have told them how cute they were about a hundred times and if I didn't verbalize it, it was certainly the word going off in my head. Cute, gorgeous, fun, silly, sweet, kind, and overall awesome to be around. I came soooo close to getting Tara to jump off the dock into the water. Next time. I'm looking forward to their wedding next July and can't wait to see what they have in store for me then!

Free to Succeed Tour
I had the great opportunity to attend an incredible seminar the other night in New York. Wow! The speakers were David Jay and Jasmine Star. These are two of the hottest photographers out of California and they are touring all over the country right now. It was my luck that they came to New York where I could sit and sponge off of their energy and inspiration. They provided such great information and ideas that I came away so rejuvenated! Attitude, priorities, health, family, thinking, commitment, finances, faith, relationships, generosity, values, and growth - where do I begin??? The awesome Becker was kind enough to take the photo of DJ & me and to also add some new info to my already saturated brain.

Kristen & Kevin
I missed out on the exotic destination wedding ceremony of Kristen and Kevin but I was lucky enough to photograph their reception party at Amarantes. So much fun!!! I had no idea what a crazy dancer Kevin was until I laid eyes on him sprawled out on the dance floor, legs and arms waving in the air. Loved it!! Kristen and Kevin smiled and laughed more that night than I knew possible. You two are going to have such a fun life together - thank you for letting me in on all the laughs.

The Big Girls!!
Yes - we were known as the Big Girls back in College - I think it was because we lived in "the Big House" (not prison) on the wonderful beach of Fairfield and not that we were actually big girls. There might be a debate about that. We might have eaten more than our fair share. Anyway, last week-end I had the great fortune of reuniting with some of the big girls and their husbands and children. We had so much fun!!! These are the kind of friends who can go years without seeing each other and fall right back into the stories and laughs like we had never been apart. These are true friendships that you just know will last a life time. Laughter, lots of laughter, memories, stories, good strong bonds, and enough hugs to last us until we get together again, that's what makes up a big girls reunion. Thank you Fairfield University for bringing us all together. I put a little slideshow together for us and I'm going to post it here until one of them yells at me to take it off. I love you all and I'm so happy to be one of the "big girls". If you would like to see us, and who wouldn't :) click here.

Jackie & Sean
Wow!!! I don't even know where to begin to describe this wedding, this couple, this day. Just Wow! Jackie and Sean first dated in Kindergarten. I can just picture how adorable they must have been then because boy were they gorgeous on their wedding day. Smiles, smiles, and more smiles. Their bridal party was over the top awesome - the girls were beautiful and the guys were such a blast. I had so much fun with all of you.
If anyone has not had the opportunity to see the campus of West Point you're missing out. The architecture there is incredible and, across the river, you can see the castle where they filmed the Wizard of Oz - spooky. It is just a magical place. I shot this wedding with Anthony DeCarlo which was quite a treat.
Although Sean and Jackie will be apart for some time after their honeymoon they will have the memories of this incredible day deep within them until they are together again. I thank you both so much for letting me see how truly wonderful you are.

Gina
I can't even begin to tell you how awesome Gina is - she is as down to earth as she is beautiful. We had so much fun together it was like being with an old friend. Thank you Gina for letting me cart you around the beautiful beaches of Branford while capturing your kindness in photographs. I get such amazing energy from kind people and magnificent scenery - keep it coming!
Luke & Mathew
I have had so much fun watching Luke grow into a wonderful big brother to Mathew. It's fun to watch families grow from the time I photograph the wedding to the birth of the first child and then the second child and then...well you get the point. I get a bit sentimental. Maybe more than a bit. It's just fun! We had an extended session with parents and grandparents which was special. These are a few of my favorites of "the guys".

I'm Baaaaacccckkk!!!
It seems like such a short time span when you're the one away on vacation but as my sister would say - it seems like I've been away for about six weeks. Ok, I'm back. Rested. Relaxed. Ready to go! I had such a great time on vacation. The second half was spent pretty much sitting on the beach with an occasional search for shells thrown in. When I relax - I relax. Oh, and eat. It's time to move around now, get back to the gym, and resume a proper eating schedule (or whatever). Here are a few photos from my first session back where you can clearly see that I was treated to the cutest faces around. Life is not so bad when you leave the beach to come home to work on the beach. I love my job!
